Technical Lead

Avanciers are hiring an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and ReactJS to lead development initiatives and support enterprise web applications in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on production support experience, strong backend development skills, and the ability to drive enhancements as well as new project development.

Required Skills 8+ years of experience in PHP development

Strong expertise in PHP 7.x / PHP 8.x

Hands-on experience with Laravel and ReactJS (mandatory)

Experience with REST API development and integration

Strong knowledge of MySQL

Prior Technical Lead experience

Production support and issue-fixing experience in live environments

Experience working in Agile development teams

Preferred Skills Symfony framework experience

Knowledge of Java and Angular

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git

Responsibilities Lead development and enhancement of scalable web applications

Handle production support, bug fixing, and performance optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup

Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services

Mentor developers and participate in technical decision-making

Contribute to new project development and architecture discussions
