In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and implementing solutions within the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on ETQ Reliance CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality management systems, and experience working with ETQ CAPA software.
Job Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CAPA processes and quality management.
ETQ Reliance CAPA Implementation: Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ETQ Reliance CAPA modules to meet business needs.
Process Mapping and Documentation: Create detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CAPA-related activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from ETQ Reliance and other systems to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in CAPA processes.
User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for users on ETQ Reliance CAPA and related processes. Provide ongoing support to users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
System Configuration and Customization: Work with the IT team to configure and customize ETQ Reliance CAPA to align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Validation and Compliance: Ensure that all ETQ Reliance CAPA implementations and changes are validated and compliant with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to ETQ Reliance CAPA, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the CAPA framework.
Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT professionals, and management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
ETQ Reliance CAPA Expertise: Proven experience working with ETQ Reliance CAPA software, including configuration, implementation, and support.
Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality management systems, and CAPA processes.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with database management systems.
Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, CAPM, or PMP are a plus.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO standards.
