The Position will assist with several responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Assist engineers with installation of routers, switches, wireless APs.
- Work with engineers in basic troubleshooting of data networking issues.
- Participate in change controls related to data network.
- Create network documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and help gather business requirements.
- Work with vendors on open trouble tickets to resolve production issues.
- Assist with ongoing network operations audits.
- Design and implement small branch office LAN/WAN.
