Mobile Tester

We are hiring for a Senior Mobile QA Tester role for a long-term onsite contract opportunity in Bothell , WA. Looking for strong QA professionals with deep hands-on experience in Mobile/Mobility Testing across iOS and Android platforms along with automation and defect troubleshooting expertise. Location: Bothell , WA (Onsite)
Duration: 13+ Months Contract
Role: Senior Mobile QA Tester / QA Engineer Job Description: • 10+ years of QA/testing experience including test case design, defect troubleshooting, and log analysis (ADB logs, device logs, etc.)
• Strong Mobile/Mobility Testing experience with hands-on expertise in iOS and Android operating systems
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing tools and building/maintaining automation scripts
• Ability to independently debug and troubleshoot automation failures
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
• Experience with JIRA, Zephyr Enterprise, and defect/test management tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage testing activities end-to-end
• Strong defect triage, root cause analysis, and prioritization experience
• Excellent collaboration and ownership mindset Key Responsibilities: • Review requirements and collaborate with analysts for updates/improvements
• Write and maintain detailed test cases from various documentation sources
• Execute functional, regression, UAT, negative/exception, verification, and performance testing
• Troubleshoot defects/non-defects blocking test execution progress
• Perform independent defect triage and impact analysis
• Act as SME for assigned functional application areas
• Ensure complete understanding and adherence to SDLC and defect lifecycle processes
