Director of IT

Salary Range - $100,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Directorof IT to lead all technology initiatives across our restaurantoperations. This role is responsible for infrastructure, systems integration,cybersecurity, and IT supportensuring seamless, secure, and efficienttechnology experiences for both guests and employees. Youll partner withexecutive leadership to align IT strategy with business growth, whilealso supporting day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a company-wide IT strategyaligned with business goals and expansion plans
• Support the planned growth of the company, overseeingmultiple properties throughout Texas and Tennessee.
• Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and vendornegotiations
• Build and manage relationships with third-party technologypartners
• Oversee all IT infrastructure including networks,hardware, cloud systems, and on-premise solutions
• Ensure reliability and uptime across restaurants, hotel, andcorporate office
• Manage system rollouts for new openings, renovations, andconcept launches
• Manage and optimize key platforms including POS systems(e.g., OpenTable, Toast), and inventory/ERP tools
• Ensure seamless integration between systems (POS,reservations, accounting, payroll, CRM)
• Support digital guest experiences such as online ordering,reservations, and mobile engagement
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and bestpractices
• Ensure PCI compliance and protection of guest/paymentdata
• Lead internal IT support or manage outsourcedhelpdesk services
• Partner with leadership to improve reporting capabilitiesand data accessibility
• Support business intelligence tools and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity across all systems
• This position involves routine travel (approximately 25% ofthe time) to collaborate with regional teams and oversee on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 710+ yearsof IT leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants,or hotels
• Strong knowledge ofmulti-unit IT infrastructure and systems
• Experience with POS (e.g.,OpenTable, Toast), and integrated hospitality tech stacks
• Proven experience incybersecurity, PCI compliance, and risk management
• Experience managing vendors,contracts, and IT budgets
• Strong leadership, communication,and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting bothrestaurant and hotel operations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Background in systems integrationsand API-based platforms
• Experiencescaling IT infrastructure for growing organizations
• Ideally, located in Nashville
