About this role:
*** is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join the IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption team. This business-facing role is ideal for a strong IAM professional who can partner directly with business teams to drive adoption of identity services, support onboarding and transitions, resolve complex access issues, and translate user feedback into continuous improvements across IAM platforms.
This is a high-impact, highly visible position at the intersection of IAM, cybersecurity, technology, and business operations. Rather than serving as a traditional security operations or engineering role, this position focuses on ensuring IAM services are practical, adopted, and aligned to business needs while providing actionable input to IAM Product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Business Engagement & IAM Adoption
–Partner with business teams to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by translating identity, access, and authentication capabilities into practical, business-friendly solutions
–Assess business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions align with real-world use cases
•Onboarding, Transitions & User Experience
–Support application onboarding, migrations, and user transitions to ensure a seamless, low-friction experience before and after production deployment
–Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirements and support successful adoption
•Issue Triage & Rapid Resolution
–Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM issues, leading triage, prioritization, and coordination across IAM, cybersecurity, and application teams based on business impact
•Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
–Act as the voice of the business by gathering, synthesizing, and translating user feedback, UAT findings, and access pain points into actionable input for IAM product and engineering teams
–Partner with IAM product owners to influence feature enhancements, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement of IAM services, processes, and user experience
In this role, you will:
•Drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by partnering with business teams and supporting onboarding, migrations, and access transitions
•Lead UAT efforts and serve as a key escalation point for complex IAM issues affecting business operations
•Translate business feedback and access challenges into product insights that improve IAM capabilities and the user experience
Required Skills & Competencies
•Experience Requirements:
–7+ years of information security analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
–7+ years of experience in information security with a strong focus on identity and access management
–Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives
–Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, GCP, and on-premises Active Directory
–Demonstrated Experience in:
•Business engagement and stakeholder management
•IAM Operations, triage, or support functions
•Driving adoption of enterprise technology solutions
•IAM & Technical Expertise:
–Hands-on experience applying enterprise IAM capabilities, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, directory services, API access management, and identity analytics, to support onboarding, adoption, migrations, and access issue resolution across cloud and hybrid environments
–Strong understanding of IAM security principles, processes, and best practices, including least privilege and zero trust
•Business & Communication Skills:
–Ability to translate technical IAM concepts into clear business language
–Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
–Experience working directly with business stakeholders, application teams, and product owners
–Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
•Problem Solving & Triage:
–Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
–Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex, cross-system issues
–Experience working in high-pressure, business-impacting situations
•Product & Feedback Mindset:
–Experience gathering and translating user feedback into actionable improvements
