Program Solution Architect

Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret or Top Secret Clearance.

This is a hybrid position. The candidate will need to be local to the DC Metro area as they will need to be onsite as needed for meetings.

MUST HAVEs:

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
• Experience: Extensive track record (typically 8+ years) driving platform architecture and design within enterprise systems, preferably across the DoW/Federal landscape.
• Expertise: Deep mastery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server). Proven history of developing large-scale program strategies.

Serve as the lead technical expert responsible for the overall architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This individual will ensure that all ServiceNow deployments align with best practices, organizational requirements, and industry standards. The architect will provide strategic guidance, oversee complex integrations, and mentor other team members to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
