• 5 years of experience in coding, developing, and debugging web-based application software.
• Proficiency in open-source technologies, including Linux, PHP, Drupal 8, and WordPress.
• Experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, and Adobe Flash.
• Skilled in using relational databases like SQL or MySQL.
• Experience configuring Apache web servers.
• Full cycle CMS deployment experience.
• 5 years of experience in the public sector.

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to apply CMS patches such as Drupal.
• Ability to remediate security issues within application code.
• Knowledge of best practices in web design.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Pro for developing fillable forms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
