This role is expected to leverage modern AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms) to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and enhance insight generation. The ideal candidate proactively incorporates AI into their daily work to improve speed, quality, and decision support.

Responsibilities

Strategy, Analytics & Insight

- Uses AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, LLM -based tools) to rapidly synthesize large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

- Applies prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows to enhance modeling, reporting, and business case development.

Applies advanced analytical and business judgment to evaluate complex and ambiguous problems, generating actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

- Develops data-driven analyses, business cases, revenue projections, and performance metrics to support portfolio management, pricing, product roadmapping, and growth initiatives.

- Leverages internal and external data sources, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support prioritization, planning, and decision-making.

- Prepares executive-ready materials and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Pipeline, Portfolio & Reporting

- Owns and maintains biosimilar and Advanced therapy pipelines, initiative, or product reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders.

- Designs and delivers standardized dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled insights (e.g., automated summaries, anomaly detection, predictive signals) to improve visibility and decision support.

- Monitors product or portfolio changes (e.g., launches, exits, substitutions, contract updates) and conducts impact analyses to assess downstream operational and commercial effects.

- Leverages Salesforce data and reporting capabilities to build scalable pip
