Technical Project Manager (ECM Migration)

Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Type: Contract

?? Key Responsibilities:
? Lead end-to-end FileNet to SharePoint migration projects
? Drive Agile delivery and manage sprint ceremonies
? Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams
? Manage project plans, risks, timelines, and deliverables
? Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and user adoption initiatives

?? Required Skills:
? 8+ years of Project Management experience
? Strong experience in ECM / Content Management projects
? Hands-on exposure to IBM FileNet and/or SharePoint Online
? Agile/Scrum expertise
? Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills

?? Preferred Skills:
? FileNet to SharePoint migration experience
? ShareGate / AvePoint tools
? Power Automate & Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge
? PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications preferred

?? Experience:
? 12+ years overall IT experience
? Experience managing enterprise migration programs
