• Leads architecture for omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, messaging), IVR/ACD flows, integrations, and security.
• Works closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant cloud contact center platforms.

• Design and configure scalable routing solutions in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and skill-based routing; leverage Python (AWS Lambda) to ensure accurate call distribution and optimal customer journey handling
• Implement and manage integrations supporting conversational IVR using Amazon Lex (good to have), along with APIs systems, to enhance routing decisions and overall agent workflow without modifying the custom CCP
