We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate and scale the maturity of our Digital User Experience Product (DUXP) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, brings operational clarity, and builds systems of excellence across design, development, and research teams. The Product Manager will serve as the connective tissue across squads, ensuring standards are adopted, tools are fully leveraged, processes run smoothly, and outcomes are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities S cale and operationalize DUXP standards across design, development, and content systems (GitHub, AEM Cloud, AEM EDS). Track progress and unblock teams by managing cross-squad priorities, dependencies, and alignment. Enable third-party vendor compliance with design, accessibility, and ADA standards; partner with Supply Chain to embed requirements in RFP stages. Strengthen code quality practices by reinforcing reviews, naming conventions, and sustainable coding hygiene. Improve onboarding for new contractors with consistent documentation, standards, metrics, and success criteria. Maintain action logs, meeting notes, and decision trackers to reduce distractions and decision churn. Ensure retrospectives are completed and learnings shared across squads. Manage O&M time tracking hygiene, ensuring codes are correctly used for accurate budget tracking. Track decisions and actions across design, development, QA, research, and product forums to resolve inconsistencies. Streamline analytics reporting by tracking monthly metrics and optimizing data collection processes. Maximize usage of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SiteImprove) to support data-driven decision making. Act as a product manager focused on outcomes, ensuring DUXP capabilities are consistent, effective, and measurable. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Jira managing backlogs, roadmaps, sprints, spikes, and quarterly releases. Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Manager supporting multidisciplinary digital teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to track metrics and operationalize reporting workflows. Excellent cross-team coordination, prioritization, and communication skills. Experience with tooling ecosystems such as GitHub, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and analytics platforms. Familiarity with design systems, development workflows, and digital accessibility standards. Skilled at creating and maintaining documentation, action trackers, and structured decision logs. Strong ability to create order, drive clarity, and operationalize complex pr ocesses. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Ba ckground in DesignOps or Developer Experience (DevEx). Experience leading or improving retrospective practices across multiple squads. Experience working with third-party vendors and procurement processes, including RFP development. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SiteImprove, or equivalent platforms. Certifications (if any) N o formal certifications required; Agile or Product Management certificatio ns are a plus.
