System & Network Engineer

Experience:

Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining local and cloud-based applications and services. Experience with backup systems, application monitoring, and status reporting to ensure high availability and compliance.

Ability to develop scripts and automation for data querying and process optimization.

5+ years of experience supporting, and operating enterprise network and systems infrastructure in a regulated environment.

5+ years of advanced network engineering experience, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.

5+ years administering Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure preferred).

Demonstrated experience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory audit requirements.

Experience providing Tier 3 / engineering-level escalation support.
