Senior/Lead ServiceNow Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Month Contract Overview: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 6 years of hands-on platform development experience to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodologies, hold ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications, and bring prior or current full-stack Java development experience to support integrations and custom solutions. In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives on selected domains Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Collaborate and influence all levels iof professionals including managers Lead team to achieve objectives Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5 + years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (new development and support) 1+ year of working with globally dispersed team Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of Agile delivery experience Corporate real estate technology delivery experience Ability to foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in requirements and design discussions Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions Ability to perform data analysis and design Ability to design data interfaces
