Role : Technology Lead - Sitecore / .NET
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Norwood, MA

Qualifications Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

Experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), Experience in version 8 is an advantage.
Strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies
Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
Experience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites.
Strong experience in high level and detailed solution design and build validation. Experience in content migration projects
Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design
Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework
Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
Solid programming knowledge of the following databases (MS SQL Server)
Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services
Must have at least 4 years .NET project related experience

Presentation - specifically Web Controls
Placeholder framework
Rules framework
Binding content and presentation
Workflow engine
Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
Has experience of working in an agile development environment. Jira knowledge is advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.
Should be a good team player and have experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model
Ability to create a conducive work environment.
