Role: Technology Lead Mainframe
Duration: Full time
Location: Bentonville, AR

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in development, Requirements, testing, deployment of applications using mainframe, DB2, Mainframe Batch Jobs, JCL
At least 2 years of experience Agile Project development methodology
Knowledge of Mainframe batch job schedulers
Understanding and usage of UDB, SQL Server database
Understanding of IBM MQ or other messaging frameworks
Good to have experience in Insurance domain
Strong understanding of common software development practices
Good Analytical skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
