Company Description

We are currently standing up Remedy 9.1 in a new environment. Resource will act as the technical lead
on the Remedy Upgrade project to ensure proper installation and configuration
of Remedy 9.1 application based on the Business Requirement Document.

Resource is also responsible for enabling and supporting all the integrations with the Remedy application.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze and design new systems, develop enhancements to existing systems.
Determine source data, processing requirements, output formats, timing and cost estimates.
Verify that system meets performance criteria.
Design, implement, and document procedures.
Design/modify, code, debug, test, and document moderately complex to complex application systems
Install and test software packages.
Install and maintain operating systems software in a computing center
Consult on the use of complex software packages.
Advise users regarding program techniques and design.
Maintain program libraries, users' manuals, or technical documentation.

REQUIRED:

- Experience of 7-10 years

- Full time salary within range

- Remedy development experience is required, but Remedy 9.1 experience is not required. Preference is experience with at least Remedy 8.1 through multiple packaged software implementations and support.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT coding.

Additional Information

-Minimum of 7-10 years of IT experience in the software development/deployment space
Understanding of distributed system infrastructure
Experience implementing package solutions
Experience with highly configurable systems
Solid understanding of unix/linux commands
Knowledge of Remedy 8.1 - 9.1
Solid verbal and written communication
