Contribute to the planning and execution of usability tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and concept evaluations.
Build prototypes, design variants, and other assets needed for experimentation.
Translate test results and research findings into actionable design recommendations.
Insights Partnership & Data Collaboration
Work closely with Insights Managers to ensure qualitative and quantitative data inform design decisions.
Participate in research synthesis sessions to help distill findings into UX opportunities.
Use analytics, behavioral insights, session replay, VOC, and test results to validate assumptions and prioritize improvements.
Support a measurementfocused approach where designs link to expected outcomes.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, IT, and MarTech partners to ensure designs are feasible, aligned, and wellimplemented.
Work with Digital Guest Experience Managers to translate journey goals into user-centered, measurable flows.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders, supporting alignment and clarity.
Professional Development & Continuous Improvement

Introduce new methods or frameworks that enhance team efficiency or design quality.
Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and guestcentric thinking within the design process.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
3-5+ years experience in UX/UI design, product design, or interaction design.
Demonstrated experience with usability testing, A/B testing, or insights-driven optimization work.
