Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to meet business objectives while providing professional leadership, mentorship, respect, and trust across teams.

Essential Functions

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure successful completion.
• Manage large enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders and contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
• Define roles and responsibilities for users and project team members.
• Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide intermediate project managers, including training recommendations.

Skills

• Experience in IT Project Management and digital transformation.
• Experience working on large state software projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, IT systems development, and project tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
• Ability to build project plans, risk registers, and resolve issues with technical teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Description

Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and oversight of final project deliverables. Lead end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
