Business Analyst

Kforce has a client in San Antonuio, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities
• Creates framework for assessing financial payback
• Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation
• Prepares documentation of current and desired state
• Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers* Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
• 4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, to include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, Research/Testing
• 1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within Insurance or Financial services industry will take place of 1 year of the minimum experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments
