Role: Technical Lead- .Net

Location: Milford, MA

Mphasis is looking for a Technical Lead to join a dynamic team creating software to develop applications for analytical instruments using Microsoft based tech stack. The candidate will work collaboratively with the design lead, product owners, and other business stakeholders to understand requirement needs and then work further with development teams to get the requirements into marketable customer-facing products.

Technical Skills:

Strong and proven background in Information Technology. Strong working knowledge of C Plus, C sharp and .Net Experience in developing Desktop applications using C Sharp Candidate should have experience in interacting with customers and document the requirements. Good understanding of GIT and it's process like Troubleshooting issues related to code performance. Chromatography or LC MS instrument control experience is a plus.

Fluent in English and the working country language Should be a selfmotivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. Ability to work in a complex international environment. Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies would be a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.

Qualification:

University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering) Overall, 8 10 years in experience in IT Application Software Development field.
