oLead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.

oDesign, develop, deploy, and test automated processes, systems, and equipment.

oMaintain and support the automation computing infrastructure, providing 24x7x365 support.

oEnsure system-wide compliance, perform system support responsibilities, offer technical leadership, adhere to safe work practices, and communicate progress and issues to management and peers.

Skills and Requirements

oBA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience

oDemonstrated experience in Automation Engineering, showcasing expertise in process controls equipment and Network Hubs

oStrong design and debugging skills

oBroad understanding of systems architecture and operations, along with related components

oExcellent project management skills

oStrong presentation and communication skills

oAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities oRelevant pharmaceutical experience

oExperience with regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

oProficiency in using automation software and tools

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

oAbility to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration

oExperience in developing and implementing new methodologies and concepts

oExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members

oStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

oAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

oExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
