Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a contract opportunity.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

This role requires you to dig deep into a specific business area and help define the details of how to drive business results through technology. You will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and subject matter experts in an agile methodology to deliver on oues.

Responsibilities:

Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain with a broad understanding of surrounding business and domains

Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas and domains while consulting and mentoring other Business Analysts

Think strategically in understanding business drivers to define "target state solutions

Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains

Author user stories and/or features independently with medium to highplexity and sometimes across multiple teams

Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating the business test planning and test execution

Use advanced project management skills to lead,plete and advance work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

4-5 years of prior experience in business analysis

Deep familiarity with agile & scrum development environments

Experience with Atlassian JIRA

Experience with Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)

Effectivemunication skills

Desired skills:

Process Flow Documentation

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Technical Acumen

Experience with technical business requirements

Experience with Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or SQL
