You will collaborate with diverse teams to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling digital products. A strong emphasis is placed on user-centric problem-solving and driving design innovation from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Guide design initiatives from initial problem definition through to final delivery. Partner effectively with product, engineering, and research stakeholders. Leverage data to inform and validate design decisions. Develop comprehensive design deliverables like wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience in end-to-end project design leadership. Proven ability to create user-centered design solutions. Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design. Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce and financial product environments is highly preferred.
