This position is onsite at our world headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will build tools that enable dealers, installers, designers, and integrators to specify, design, sell, deploy, and support Lutron solutions in high-end homes. You will focus on execution, clarity, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on understanding and empathizing with the luxury residential professional. By immersing yourself in real-world workflows, you will translate nuanced customer needs into clear, actionable software requirements. You will partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure solutions are aligned, intuitive, and impactful. Success in this role requires strong communication, the ability to influence without authority, and a disciplined approach to product execution. You will play a critical role in improving workflow efficiency, usability, and overall customer experience across Lutron's luxury residential software tools.
