Senior Network Engineers (NetBrain Technologies, Inc., Burlington, MA): Senior Network Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing our network architecture and for our partnering with NetBrain's pre-sales engineering teams in building proof of concept (PoC) scenarios for our largest prospective customers. Duties include: using NetBrains proprietary No-code automation applications (Intent-Based automation, Map-Based automation, Network Map, etc) to design automated showcase and share related network knowledge with teams; creating the strategy for developing NetBrains unique demo and instant trial lab environment, as well as communicate with other NetBrain teams regarding potential complex proofs of concept and new use cases for the software developed; integrating NetBrains proprietary platform with other software providers (ServiceNow, Splunk, PRTG, etc) through NetBrain API Manager and by designing the enterprise-wide IT workflow and demo cases with the integrated system; designing and maintaining NetBrains Data Center network for all customers facing NetBrain systems and internal production environment; designing and deploying network security policies to ensure the security of the entire network environment; using public cloud services (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) to deploy NetBrains proprietary platform for customer services, internal training, and testing purpose; including designing different security policies and network architectures according to different requirements; staying current and informed on next-generation technologies (e.g., VxLAN, SDN, SD-WAN, ACI etc.) and propose new, creative applications for these in the lab environments; and driving internal confidential requirement discussions, analyze test requirements, develop the strategy and direction for building the test lab. Daily use of the following tools, technologies and methodologies: virtual environment setup experience (Eve-NG, GNS3, UNetlab, MIMIC); other enterprise-class Switches (L2/L3), Routers, Load Balancers and Firewalls; network routing protocols, such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, as well as vendor products, such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, and F5.

Minimum requirements: Masters degree (foreign equivalent degree accepted) in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Networks, or a closely related engineering field of study and 1 year of experience in any related occupations designing cloud-based networking architecture including designing and customizing of data centers and with cloud platform network design, or in the alternative, BS/BA degree (foreign equivalent degree accepted) in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Networks, or a closely related engineering field of study and 3 years of experience in any related occupations designing cloud-based networking architecture including designing and customizing of data centers and with cloud platform network design. Limited WFH and telecommuting permitted and must be able to work at the Burlington, MA office with 24 hours notice. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars in our lowest geographic market up to one hundred thirty thousand dollars per year in our highest geographic market for full-time employment and standard company benefits. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
