Director, Technology Operations & PMO - Decision Science

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the VP of eCommerce & Customer Decision Science. Acting as a Chief of Staffstyle leader for the organization, youll drive cross-functional alignment, oversee large-scale PMO initiatives, and help shape how the organization operates, communicates, and scales. Youll connect dots across business, product, analytics, and technology teams to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

• Leading enterprise PMO operations Drive planning, governance, prioritization, and execution rhythms across the Decision Science organization, ensuring alignment to strategic business goals.
• Serving as a strategic advisor to leadership Partner closely with the VP of eCommerce & Customer Decision Science to manage organizational priorities, communications, and operational effectiveness.
• Driving cross-functional coordination Connect teams across analytics, product, technology, operations, and business functions to ensure initiatives are aligned and progressing effectively.
• Building scalable operating models Develop frameworks, processes, and governance structures that improve organizational efficiency, decision-making, and execution quality.
• Leading executive communications and strategic reviews Support the development of leadership presentations, business updates, organizational reviews, and strategic planning materials.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
