Overview
Seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions in a digital/marketing environment. This role partners with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze data, and drive agile product development that delivers measurable value. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define product architecture, goals, and problems to solve.
• Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources; distinguish true needs from requests.
• Extract insights from diverse data sources and communicate findings effectively.
• Facilitate testandlearn opportunities to optimize performance.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to solve complex problems and propose enhancements.
• Support backlog refinement, clarify business value, and validate solutions during demos.
• Partner with technical teams to assess feasibility and ensure business value delivery.
• Promote continuous learning, stay current with design/software trends, and leverage analytics/market intelligence.
• Assess risks proactively and participate in mentoring/coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and analytics tool expertise (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
• Experience with Visio for process modeling.
• Background in digital/marketing projects.
• Agile mindset with proven collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across levels.
