Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on supporting end users with hardware, software, and basic IT services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and workplace technology
  • Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment activities
