Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on supporting end users with hardware, software, and basic IT services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and workplace technology
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment activities
- Support escalated technical issues and follow troubleshooting processes
- Document issues and resolutions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve recurring issues
- Deliver a strong customer experience, including support for high-visibility users
