We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer II to join our Information Systems. You will play a pivotal role in applyingsoftware testing experience to helpensurethe quality and reliability of technology solutions. This rolecollaborateswith established teams todesign and executetests that contribute to the success of energy efficiency initiatives.In this role, you will contributetechnical skills to projects that have a measurable impact on energy conservation and sustainability.
As a Quality Control Engineer II, you will execute and supportestablished test strategies, contributing to their refinement based on testing outcomes and projectneeds. Additionally, you will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of software and data systems. This is a mid-level rolefor a detail-oriented tester who enjoys working independentlyon moderately complex projects,contributingto all phases of the quality assurance process from test planning through release validation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design, execute, andmaintainmanual test cases for software features and workflowsbased on defined requirements and testing frameworks
Reviewrequirements anddesigntest cases and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
Support development and maintenanceof automated test scripts using established frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress,Pytest)
Supportthe integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
Executemanual and automated tests for new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements
Troubleshoottest failures andcollaboratewith development teams to resolve issues
Documenttesting processes, failures, and changes to support traceability and continuous improvement
Log, track, and managedefects through the lifecycle using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
WriteSQL queries totestdatatransformationand ensure cross-system consistency
Supporttesting of integrations, APIs, and cloud-based applications
Supportuser acceptance testing (UAT) activities as needed
Communicateeffectively with cross-functional Energy Solutions team members tosupportsoftware improvements through increased application knowledge
