Job Summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Product Manager to join their Digital CX Product Management Customer Experience team, focusing on Clinic Management capabilities for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess over eight years of relevant work experience, including five years utilizing Agile methodologies, and have a background in healthcare technology, particularly in provider-facing roles. This leader will be responsible for translating business goals into impactful product initiatives, defining and executing the product roadmap, and prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, developing a clear vision and roadmap, driving initiatives across various stakeholders, and leading a scrum team to shape features and user stories. The position is hybrid, with a preference for candidates near Acton, MA, and involves approximately 25% travel based on business needs. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced Product Manager to join our Digital CX Product Management Customer Experience team responsible for the Clinic Management capability for healthcare providers. This leader will have experience leading end-to-end product management for digital products, with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact product initiatives. Working in an Agile environment, in collaboration with a cross-functional team, this person will be responsible for defining and executing the Product roadmap for our Clinic Management offerings and ensuring the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined and executed for the team. Theyll achieve this by cultivating empowered, high-impact teams, and guiding teams through the full product development lifecycle, providing strong cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap to achieve enterprise and program level goals
  • Define integrated release targets & scope, value proposition & delivery to drive growth, provide customers with cadence of new innovations, and maximize return on investment
  • Drive initiatives across a matrixed set of stakeholders and teams
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to understand the Insulet customer journey and product launch strategies that will impact business processes across the customer journey
  • Lead a scrum team to shape features and user stories, driving alignment and documenting user stories with comprehensive requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with technical architects and leads to discover, design, and test solutions
  • Drive scope tradeoff evaluations on feature implementation
  • Participate in usability studies to bring voice of the customer on a feature to the team
  • Support business case development (both cost and value) for new opportunities and product improvements

Education and Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in healthcare technology, especially complex provider-facing

Preferred

  • Diabetes experience or knowledge
  • Familiarity with Web and CRM platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $138,900.00 - $208,350.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
