You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting analytics, and enabling accurate reporting for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and certify data migrated from the unified data fabric into Snowflake
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across STARS-related datasets
- Design, build, and maintain data quality checks and monitoring dashboards
- Collaborate with data engineering teams during migration testing and cutover activities.
- Support analytics and reporting needs for Medicare STARS business users
- Document data lineage, transformations, and certification processes.
- Identify data issues proactively and implement solutions to improve data reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (SQL querying, data modeling, data sharing).
- Advanced SQL proficiency with experience working on large-scale datasets.
- Experience with data validation, data quality frameworks, and QA processes.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and data migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Healthcare data (claims, member data, Medicare STARS metrics).
- Exposure to data governance and data lineage tools.
- Experience working in enterprise data migration or cloud transformation projects.
