IT Project Coordinator/onsite/MSP

2+ years of experience coordinating IT or technical projects
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience documenting project updates, risks, and action items

Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, or software implementation projects
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
Healthcare or enterprise environment experience preferred
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
