Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst I for an onsite role in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst I to join the Operational Analytics & Insights (OAI) team supporting the Next Best Offer (NBO) initiative. This project focuses on leveraging AI-driven models and conversational analytics to deliver optimized customer offers and improve customer experience outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale operational data from 30+ call centers while gaining exposure to cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
- Analyze high-volume conversational and operational datasets
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and reporting processes
- Conduct data wrangling and transformation using Python and Pandas
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
- Extract and analyze data from databases and external data sources
- Document reporting requirements, workflows, and data processes
- Support AI/ML-driven customer offer optimization initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and engineering teams* 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics or related field
Strong proficiency in:
- Python
- SQL
- Pandas
- Experience working with relational databases and query tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site 5 days/week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with conversational analytics or customer experience data
