Data Scientist

Job Description

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models to support business initiatives

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business stakeholders) to deliver AI-driven solutions

Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support model training and deployment

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations

Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability

Support ongoing AI strategy and innovation efforts

Skills and Requirements

Hybrid onsite 2 days per week

5+ years of experience in Data Science

Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis

Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
