Data Analyst We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Akron. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to inform business decisions and strategies. Your role will involve working closely with other team members to identify business needs and provide insightful data-driven solutions. Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources - Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data - Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions - Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with accuracy - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Akron (remote work may be possible) Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Accommodation: Not provided.
