Job Details: 24 months contract W2- Potential extension
$28.17- $35.21 hourly W2
Hybrid 2x a week onsite in Audubon PA
Required Skills:
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to analyze data and business processes
Experience with process mapping and documentation best practices
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
Detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Experience with security platforms for access control
Proficiency in Visio or equivalent process mapping tools
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
IIBA certification is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience as a Business Analyst, especially in an agile environment
Demonstrated responsibility growth in BA roles
Other Requirements:
Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed environment
Experience documenting application dependencies and current processes
Flexibility to support team training and process updates
