Location: London - Hybrid. The role averages three days a week in Waterloo. The Role You will work with a small, friendly, and highperforming team to grow and develop the core product. The engineering culture is pragmatic and collaborative, giving you the chance to have impact, learn, and grow from day one. What You Will Bring Handson experience as a Software Engineer in fullstack environments (Python preferred but not required). Desire to ship and maintain production software in a fastmoving product environment. Proven experience working with small teams, preferably in startups. Strong objectoriented fundamentals applied to complex, evolving production codebases. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across product and engineering teams. Energy for rapid iterative delivery cycles. Bonus Points Experience with Django or a similar Pythonbased backend framework. Handson experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP. Industry experience in renewable energy, utilities, heatpump technology, or construction. Background in productfocused engineering environments.
