at Insight Global, LLC in Skokie, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description The Automation Engineer (AE) supports the site maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of material handling equipment ( MHE ) control systems. This role partners closely with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve automation systems including conveyors, sortation, labeling, and control systems. The AE serves as a technical subject matter expert, helping resolve complex issues, supporting system upgrades, and contributing to project execution. This role also assists in developing technicians and improving overall system efficiency within a modern, safety-first facility. Compensation: $100,236.76 per year.
