Matrix Resource Management: Coordinate internal IT team members, allocate equipment/assets, and define individual responsibilities across projects.
Risk & Baseline Tracking: Conduct rigorous risk assessments, maintain precise project documentation, and continuously update schedule baselines.
Stakeholder Alignment: Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align technical teams, management, and external vendors on goals and progress.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Construction & Blueprint Literacy: Direct experience supporting IT integrations within physical construction projects. Ability to read, interpret, and understand structural/facilities blueprints and engineering specifications.
Advanced Risk & Change Management: Proven track record of forecasting, tracking, and resolving timeline bottlenecks and budget variances.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication skills to translate complex technical blockers to non-technical stakeholders.
Physical & Environmental Demands
Ability to exert light physical effort (sedentary to light work, occasionally lifting/moving 5 10 lbs, with occasional heavier equipment handling with assistance).
Primarily standard office environments with occasional visits to active, on-site project/construction environments.
Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support or on-call coverage as project deployment deadlines dictate.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Science, or a closely related technical field (or an equivalent blend of education and experience).
Experience: 5+ years of active experience working specifically as an IT Program Manager managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously.
Certification: Active Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is strictly required.
Attributes: Self-starter mindset with a proven ability to drive results independently. Must maintain absolute discretion when handling confidential or sensitive data.
