The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time IT Systems Administrator to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for incidents ranging from Level 1 requests through highest-level escalations
Manage support tickets and service requests while maintaining established response and resolution expectations
Administer, maintain, and patch servers, systems, and core IT infrastructure
Support user account management, access provisioning, permissions, and lifecycle administration
Assist with the planning, deployment, and implementation of new technologies, systems, and IT-related projects
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint systems across the environment
Ensure adherence to company compliance requirements, security standards, and access control policies
Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships as needed
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, configurations, and system changes as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support operational and technical initiatives
Perform additional IT duties and responsibilities as assigned based on evolving business and operational needs
What You Will Bring:
3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Systems Administration or a related IT infrastructure role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, servers, networking, and endpoint devices
Experience supporting users in a fast-paced enterprise or multi-site environment
Knowledge of server administration, patch management, system maintenance, and infrastructure support
Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls within enterprise environments
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, documentation practices, and service management processes
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and security controls
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar enterprise platforms
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and escalations simultaneously
Experience participating in technology deployments, upgrades, and IT-related projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical employees professionally
Experience with IT asset management, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination preferred
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless connectivity preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware, or similar are a plus but not required
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
What We Offer:
Compensation - This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $65,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
