The Software Architect leads the design and evolution of our enterprise platforms and
applications. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise and a
collaborative spirit. This is an instrumental role in defining architectural standards,
evaluating technologies, and guiding development teams across critical initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support and enhance custom-built internal applications, ensuring they evolve with business needs and technical standards.
Architect and Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solu- tions across environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate broad and sometimes evolving busi- ness requirements into robust software designs.
Evaluate and integrate third-party platforms, especially with a focus on Orion portfolio management systems and financial data platforms.
Establish architectural standards and documentation for code quality, security, and maintainability.
Review code and designs to ensure alignment with architectural principles and performance goals.
Lead initiatives around system modernization, cloud enablement, and platform scalability.
Support application lifecycle processes and influence technology decisions across the enterprise.
Provide mentorship to the development team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
Experience with the Azure cloud platform.
Experience with .NET and SQL.
Strong DevOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and au- tomated deployments.
Deep understanding of system integration, API architecture, and cloud-based design principles.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with broad and evolving requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to teamwork and excellence.
Motivated and results oriented.
Available to work outside of normal business hours when required.
