DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position supports the Department of Health by guiding the design, improvement, and oversight of SharePoint Online site and Nintex Automation Cloud workflows. It plays a key role in strengthening processes that help the agency operate efficiently. As a Business Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Workflow Development: Build Nintex Automation Cloud workflows that support programs across the agency
- Site Management: Manage and monitor SharePoint Online site collections to ensure that pages, web parts, and permissions function correctly
- Policy Guidance: Develop policies and best practices for the safe and effective use of SharePoint Online and Nintex Automation Cloud
- Training Delivery: Provide training and guidance to staff on how to use these systems safely and effectively
- Collaboration Meetings: Meet with program staff to gather needs and recommend new sites or workflows that improve efficiency
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Five years of business process analysis experience; or
- One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
