Proxy Implemenation(1), Identity Aware Proxy (IAP)(1), Reverse Proxy Tools(1) Job Description: Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler security solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with enterprise environments. Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler policies, including security and access policies, to enforce the organisation's security requirements. Create, update, and optimise PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files for efficient and secure internet traffic routing. Configure and manage application profiles and forwarding profiles to support business applications and ensure secure connectivity. Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Stay updated with the latest developments in Zscaler and network security technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Zscaler policies, configurations, PAC files, application profiles, and forwarding profiles. Solid foundation in general network security concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting. Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
