Position Description:
The Associate Product Manager supports the development, performance and continuous improvement of digital imaging systems used in veterinary healthcare as well as specialized field applications including, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Environments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support Product Development
Assist in managing products throughout the lifecycle, from development to post-market support
Help define and refine product requirements based on technical and user needs across clinical and field environments
Work with engineering teams to support feature development, system performance, and ruggedization needs
Participate in product testing, validation, and performance evaluation (lab and real-world conditions)
Support basic market and competitive analysis to understand product positioning
Customer & Operational Support
Provide technical guidance to customers via phone, email and remote tools
Support Service case management, including documentation and tracking
Assist with order processing, returns, and service coordination when needed
Maintain accurate records in CRM and service systems
Support order tracking and backlog visibility to help ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between customers, engineering and internal teams
Share structured feedback to support product improvements
Contribute to internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to support product launches and customer success
Work Experience Requirements:
0-2 years of experience (hands-on technical experience preferred)
Experience or interest in working with electronic devices, sensors, or imaging technologies
Interest in product management, business strategy, or market analysis
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems a plus
Core Skills Requirements:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to troubleshooting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Interest in both technical and business aspects of products
Education Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in engineering, physics or related technical field a Plus
