IT Project Manager 3

Title IT Project Manager 3 Location- Brimingham AL Pay Rate $95-99 per hour (DOE) 6 -month Contract We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and delivering complex IT projects in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology projects using advanced project management, facilitation, negotiation, planning, and dependency management techniques. Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, timelines, and resource requirements from concept through implementation. Facilitate sprint planning sessions, stand-up meetings, and Agile project execution throughout the full project lifecycle. Partner with technical and product teams to break down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into prioritized and properly scoped action plans. Provide clear visibility into project status, progress, risks, and deliverables for both internal teams and stakeholders. Identify cross-team dependencies, manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Drive collaboration across business and technology teams to ensure IT practices align with organizational goals and operational needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing Agile projects and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing cloud-based technology projects. Familiarity with documenting processes for data pipeline creation and deployment. Understanding of data medallion architecture and data lifecycle processes. Knowledge of data security practices and governance. Experience managing data product delivery across development, UAT, and production environments. Databricks experience preferred.
