Solution Architect

My client, a leading enterprise operating in a regulated industry, is looking to hire a Principal Solution Architect to join their technology leadership team. This position is fully remote and offers significant exposure to large-scale automation, AI integration, and enterprise architecture transformation. Important Note: Candidates must be based in the United States. Please note this role is not open to applicants located in California or New York. Responsibilities Architect and deliver end-to-end automation solutions in production environments across complex enterprise systems. Design and integrate AI/ML solutions including LLM-based document processing and agentic workflows. Lead hybrid cloud architecture initiatives across AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance. Drive API design, event-driven system architecture, and enterprise integration across iPaaS and messaging platforms. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. Oversee intelligent document processing systems and unstructured data pipelines at scale. Implement AI governance, observability, and model evaluation frameworks across the enterprise. Collaborate with Managed Service Providers and vendor-driven delivery models to ensure quality outcomes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architecture. 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role delivering enterprise-scale systems. Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate. Strong experience with hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise system integration. Deep expertise in API design, event-driven systems, and integration technologies. Experience working within regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare. Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel preferred. Cloud architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert a strong advantage. UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certifications a plus.
