ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, integrating Salesforce data with reporting tools, and ensuring Salesforce data accuracy and usability for sales and leadership teams. The ideal candidate combines technical reporting skills with a strong understanding of sales operations and business processes, translating complex data into actionable insights.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support sales performance, forecasting, and executive reporting
Connect, integrate, and optimize Salesforce data sources for Tableau and other reporting tools
Manage and update Salesforce data, including data validation, cleansing, and ongoing maintenance
Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and define reporting needs
Analyze sales trends, pipeline metrics, and performance KPIs to provide actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Salesforce and reporting platforms
Document reporting logic, data definitions, and business rules
Support enhancements to Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and workflows as needed
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues efficiently
Other duties as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
