The Manager, Technical Lead is a critical member of the enterprise solution design and delivery team, partnering with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects, and programs that support business strategy and drive enterprise value. This role brings a strong product mindset to architecture and engineering, enabling a continuous flow of value through process and design improvements that support future growth.
This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of optimized, integrated, and automated technology solutions across enterprise platforms. Working closely with cross-functional business partners, IT leads, system integrators, and enabling teams-including application development, integrations, data, security, testing, and organizational change management-the role delivers bestinclass, endtoend solutions.
Serve as a functional and solution expert for assigned enterprise applications and platforms (including ERP and related systems), leading all technical aspects of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
A Day in the Life...
* Drive process optimization and solution standardization by leveraging platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks
* Own system integrations across enterprise platforms, including interfaces with ERP, thirdparty applications, and external partners (e.g., APIs, EDI, and middleware solutions)
* Coordinate and execute use case testing, enduser validation activities, and postimplementation hyper care support
* Oversee production support activities and act as a point of escalation for critical incidents and highimpact system issues
* Collaborate postimplementation with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
* Partner with crossfunctional teams to support endtoend enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability enabled by technology
