Director, IT InfrastructureWhite Plains, NY, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remoteUp to $180,000 base plus bonusWe are a strong, stable CPG company seeking a senior IT leader to drive infrastructure strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role combining architecture and leadership. You will actively design and implement solutions while leading a team of about 15 individuals, working with other teams across the organization shaping long term direction.Responsibilities- Architect and manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud such as Azure and OCI and on premise environments with virtualization and mixed operating systems- Lead network strategy including SD-WAN and transition toward Zero Trust security- Manage and develop teams across infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, and end user support- Define technology standards and roadmaps to support growth and efficiency- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery- Oversee IT and telecommunications budgets including forecasting and cost control- Maintain and improve disaster recovery and business continuity plans- Lead key initiatives such as cloud expansion, data center consolidation, and network redesignQualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- 10+ years of infrastructure experience with proven team leadership- Strong hands-on architecture experience across cloud (Azure), networking, and enterprise systems- Must have deep experience in an Azure environment, with strong telecom and network experience too- Experience delivering complex infrastructure and transformation projects- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and network design- Experience managing vendors and strategic partnerships- Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis- Strong communication skills with ability to work with senior leadership- Service oriented mindset focused on reliability and user experiencePreferred- Experience in distribution or similar industries- Familiarity with ERP systems- Experience optimizing cloud costs- Ability to simplify networks and reduce telecom expensesThis is a high impact opportunity for a leader who enjoys both building architecture and leading teams while modernizing and scaling enterprise infrastructure.BenefitsPTO, Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401K, bonus and profit sharing
